Netgear WN3000RPv2 WiFi Range Extender:

🔧 Basic Setup via Web Browser

1. Plug It In
   • Place the extender halfway between your router and the area with weak signal.
   • Plug it into a wall outlet and wait for the Power LED to turn solid green.
   • If it doesn’t power on, press the Power button on the side.
2. Connect to the Extender
   • On your laptop, phone, or tablet, connect to the Wi-Fi network named: NETGEAR_EXT
   • Once connected, the Client Link LED should light up.
3. Launch Setup
   • Open a browser and go to: www.mywifiext.net
   • The Netgear Genie setup page will appear.
   • Follow the prompts to:
     • Select your existing Wi-Fi network
     • Enter your router’s Wi-Fi password
     • Choose whether to use the same security settings
4. Finalize
   • After setup, reconnect your device to the new extended network.
   • Look for a confirmation page and blinking Arrow LEDs indicating success.

• • • Best Placement: Avoid placing it too close to the router or too far from the weak zone. Use the LED indicators to find the sweet spot.
